Caligia
a girl from age 15 who grew up in a cult of necromancers.
she was very talented and capable of exceeding her tutor, however. she is shy natured and doesn't want to hurt anybody. so she fled from the cult but she was chased by her very own tutor. she had to use magic against him and she safeley escaped. but she couldn't forget his face and had to cry when she realized what she had done. she renounced necromancy and is now still trying to be accepted in some towns, but the tradition in the cult is, that at someones birth, the baby gets marked with the symbol of the cult. and thus nobody accepts her so far and gets kicked out of all towns so far. however, she met Grarden, who listened to her story and understands it. they now travel together.


Grarden
a boy of age 16, grew up quite normal, till his thirteend birthday.  his town was attacked by necromancers that day, he was the only survivor in town and managed to get to the river a few miles out of town. from there he could still see a bit of his town. but it was burning and the only thing he heard were crackling fire, screams and laughs.
the day after his town was attacked he accidentally ran into a camp of the necromancers that attacked the other day.  he tried to stay still and be quiet. but when he slowly walked out of the camp. he stood un a twig wich alarmed the necromancers. when he felt that he was grabbed by his ankle by a vague hand, he heard horses. when the horses came running through the bushes, sunlight was everywhere. the hand disappeared and he was pulled on one of the horses. afterwards, the people who saved him were apperantly paladins. who trained him.
the most important thing he learned there, is that people can change.
when he met Caliga in a forest, she was crying. he sat next to her and listened to her story, he saw the mark but didn't care.... she changed


Feather
a girl of age 14, young and full of energy she grew up alone. but she was never loneley. because she was able to calm down animals who were scared and thus always had company. she sometimes approached towns at night and brought mischief with her, and ussually stealing a bit fruit. she also observed hunters in the forest. she learned from them and made her own tools. she has an own bow, made of a willow tree she personally planted at age 5. a leather glove, stolen from a grown-up  man at night. the glove was obviously too big for her hand. but she learned the art of falconry with it. she was once captured by hunters and put in a cage just out of town. luckily for her, next to the forest. she whistled and a small bird with a sturdy twig flew her way. she modeled the twig on a rock in her cage. and after 3 days living on bread and water, continiously hiding the twig from the hunters, she managed to escape by using the twig as a improvised key. she sometimes approaches Grarden and Caligia when they are in the same forest but she isn't totally part of the group. her main goal is making a good friend, but that's not easy because Grarden and Caligia are so different from her and she can be quite hyper or mischievious.
